Individual Therapy
Many people seek therapy when life has brought them to a moment they can’t navigate alone or when emotions and experiences feel overwhelming. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can make sense of what feels painful or confusing, reconnect with yourself, and grow, heal and move toward a more integrated life.
Therapy is not about being “fixed.” It’s about being supported as you uncover the meaning within your experiences, understand the patterns that shape your responses, and build the emotional skills and inner steadiness you need to move forward.
Together, we’ll explore the emotions, beliefs, and body-based coping strategies that have helped you survive — and gently shift the ones that no longer serve you. Held within a collaborative and trusting relationship, change becomes possible: greater clarity, self-compassion, and the courage to live in alignment with your true self.

How I work
I draw on evidence-based, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches tailored to your needs, helping you build insight, skills, and emotional resilience.

Therapy with me is relaxed, collaborative, and paced thoughtfully. Together, we’ll create space for your story to unfold, explore the patterns that keep you stuck, and cultivate the skills and compassion needed to move toward healing.

Your Story Matters
Through the process of connecting with your story, in all its complexity, new meaning and possibilities begin to emerge. From that place, real and lasting change becomes possible.

“Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.”
