$150 / 50 minute session.

Many workplace extended health benefits and insurance plans provide coverage for counselling from a Registered Social Worker. Please check with your provider for coverage details. I am registered with NIHB and select insurance companies.
PAYMENT
E-transfer is accepted. I have established Direct Billing with TELUS Health, Manulife and NIHB.

I ask that you kindly provide 24 hours advanced notice or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

The global crisis of COVID-19 moved us into using technology as a platform for therapy. I am providing both online and telephone sessions. After engaging in online counselling, many of my clients have told me that they find the convenience and flexibility beneficial to their home and work lives. For online sessions, I will send you a confidential link, and you are not required to download any software or to register for an account.
